Giving back to customers

The past few years have been tough for many families and individuals across NSW. Everyone could all do with a boost to their budgets right now to ease the cost of living.

More than 70 rebates and vouchers are offered to help put money back into the pockets of NSW customers, while also supporting businesses across the state.

“Quite frankly, the NSW Government voucher programs have kept us in business. They entitle our customers to discounts and therefore bring more foot traffic to small businesses like ours. A truly business boosting initiative.”

– Emma, cinema director from Roseville

Boosting budget options

Whether it’s getting kids back into sport, relief on toll roads or a reduction on energy bills, there are many savings out there to help make life a bit easier for NSW customers.

The Savings Finder on the Service NSW website brings all of these programs together into one place, helping customers easily find the budget boosting options available to them.

“I have saved more than $1000 with the Savings Finder programs and recommend all my friends book themselves an appointment at a Service NSW centre as soon as possible. Having Savings Specialists, Lisa and Kylie, on hand to answer all my questions makes saving money much easier than I thought. The team are absolutely brilliant.”

– Noeline, retiree from Bega

The Savings Finder programs have so far delivered around $6.1 billion in savings to the people of NSW

  • More than 3.75 million people in NSW have accessed the Savings Finder tool online since July 2018.
  • Almost 100,000 appointments have been made with Savings Specialists, with customers saving an average of about $760.
  • The National Parks Concession Pass is the most popular rebate, with 143,421 applications for National Parks Concession Pass totalling $27.2 million since 2018.

“I saved more than $500 on vehicle registration and licence renewal and I’m also able to claim several rebates including $136 on the Life Support Energy Rebate. I really was amazed with how helpful Lisa and the rest of the team were.”

– John, former warehouse manager from Milperra
